"Stump the Chef" is a fun video series where Chef Matt Weaver is given three run-of-the-mill ingredients and he creates an unusual dinner combination. The interesting recipes that he comes up with are amazing!

Nice eye-roll on the second review :P
Hi Mitzi,
I work on the show... we've heard similar feedback. Some upcoming episodes have items you'd find in your house.
We hope that even though there are some exotic ingredients, you can take something away from each episode -new knowledge or trivia about food, new ways to prepare dishes, and inspiration to dare to do the impossible, including buying shark and buffalo... why not?
At the same time, in the end, we do want to keep you entertained!
Thanks for the question!
I'm a bit confused. Are you trying to be entertaining or informative. Sharks, plaintains, and buffalos are great for stumping, but rarely things I'd find in my fridge to whip up.
This dish looked good! I think that Matt should come to my house and see what he can make out of my fridge!
