Award-winning Chef Matt Weaver attended The New England Culinary Institute and has an extensive culinary background. Matt has served both the rich and famous, been a personal chef, and a menu planner over his 10-year career. Though he has a love and focus on pastry, Matt’s passion for food is natural; he can ‘taste’ food and food combinations by simply thinking about them, making him a unique host while cooking with random ingredients.
He has held various positions at restaurants and resorts including Jeffrey's, Sardine Rouge, Pacifica and Enoteca Vespaio, all fine dining restaurants in Austin, TX.
