Award-winning Chef Matt Weaver attended The New
England Culinary Institute and has an extensive culinary background. Matt has
served both the rich and famous, been a personal chef, and a menu planner over
his 10-year career. Though he has a love and focus on pastry, Matt’s passion
for food is natural; he can ‘taste’ food and food combinations by simply
thinking about them, making him a unique host while cooking with random
ingredients.
