It's pretty good but I agree on making it either more challanging or go with super simple fare for the single guys and gals that don't cook often and have little equipment and know how.
Matt's hot AND he cooks? Love it! Take out the Keanu look alike and add me to the judges and I'd watch it!
I really think this show is very interesting. Its a cooking show with a twist! Keeps you on edge trying to figure out what exactly he is trying to make! FUN!

the commentary is great during the show...but the ingredients could be much more difficult!
