Pet Talk Radio! - 10.01.07
Sheltered... an amazing TV show where the animals – mostly dogs and cats – speak up for themselves.
Sheltered — The Web Show That Gives Shelter Animals a Voice
Dogster's For the Love of Dog Blog - 09.22.07
It is so hard for me to enter an animal shelter. I can’t stand not being able to help them all. But someone needs to let these animals tell their tales. "Sheltered," the new web-based series, gives these dogs and cats a way to share their stories.

What a lovely way to show the dogs, it's great to hear Frodo and Sweetie are now living in their forever homes, did Holiday find a home? Keep up the good work, I live in the UK and foster for one of our rescue places so I know how hard it can be to place a dog in the right home with the right people.
What a wonderful shelter you have. It looks so clean and animal friendly. The videos are a fabulous idea. How nice to see the animals' thoughts and feelings put into words. The videos are so cute, but also sad. It appears they are helping get the animals adopted and that's a great thing. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for helping Sweetie!
Hi everyone- I wanted to let you know that Sweetie got adopted, and we continue to get regular questions about how she is doing. So, to answer your question she is doing great!
We have dozens of other animals that are currently at Humane Society of Williamson County that are looking for homes though! You can see our current list of animals at our website- www.hswc.net
Thank you for watching the videos and thinking of our animals!
You guys are doing a wonderful service to shelter animals. I have volunteered at my local shelter and that is where my 10 year old lab came from 4 years ago. I wouldn't trade him or my shelter cats for the world!
this is the best show ever and i would adopt holiday if i had any money at all he is the best there is.
U guys ROCK.....I'm spreading the word!
This is really nice. I like the way that the video puts it in perspective in terms of when people visit shelters to adopt pets. The animals get a window of attention that is at the most 20 sec - 2 minutes, which of course, is no time to really know what anyone--human or animal is like. It think you guys did a really nice job of making the narratives realistic and positive and definitely thought-provoking. Thank you so much for your beautiful work.
hey im all for all shelters and the reason i know i work for the shelter in stephens county

Awesome! It is so great to hear what the animals are saying. From all the shelter pets at the shelter I help with in NC, they say thanks for letting their friends share their story!!
Just great.I'd take her home, but my big female shelter dog wouldn't like it. Sorry
