i love the concept of this show, and have dug s. mason's work for a while now.
that said, i think these tend to move a little slowly for internet viewing. also, if i'm going to watch a six minute bloody mary recipe, at least tell me how to make the damn celery ice cubes. i'm ALWAYS on the look out for a new Bloody Mary recipe, and after 6 minutes of fun, I still don't have it.
I admire making your own bagels on a cooking show, though. as a former baker/now TV maker, I've often struggled with how to depict the processes and time taken to bake on television. Bagels are an ambitious, but prettty well carried out, whack at that problem.

Cooking and music have been known to intersect — during episodes of Dinner With the Band, for instance — and an Italian gentleman known as Don Pasta Selecter (not his real name) is taking things a step further.
The host is tattooed and goateed Sam Mason—“part rocker, part chef”—of
New York’s WD-50, who employs the musical fingers of touring bands for
help in making such exotic specialties as black olive cobbler and miso
butterscotch halibut (along with more staid creations, like steak and
frites and bagels and lox).
ON Networks has five
food and drink shows to choose from: Budget Health Nut, Cocktails on
the Fly, Dinner with the Band, Food Science and Stump the Chef.
