Great show! The three episodes were very informative. Yes, Miss Flighty does seem flighty. But please give Alberta a break. She's not been on the air (so to speak) for as long as Rachael Ray, and there's probably more than one reason that she's called Miss Flighty.
How many cocktails do you think Alberta drank before she went to the distillery? Perhaps the camera man was holding her drink so she needed to keep an eye on him.
I like all the infos and learned a lot. But Alberta's awkward eye to camera contact was distracting. Someone needs to cue her. She needs to commit to talking to her guest and talking to the camera. In this episode, she seemed distracted and nervous that the camera was there.
Love Alberta Straub. She is so Fab. But I hate the way the intro repeats inself. The intro is her talking "im your Flighty hostess aberta straub" and then when the camera is on here she repeat it again. But I love the show.
