Exact same principle in reverse. Aim clubface at target. Aim your body line to the left far enough to clear your obstacle then grip the club. After you strike the ball, momentum initially carries the golf ball in the direction of your body line and then the side spin created at impact turns the ball to the right toward the target. (Note: the open clubface adds more loft while decreasing distance so you'll need more club to get the distance you want.)
