Black Olive Cobbler
6 c. candied olives
1 c. poaching syrup
2 tbs. kirsch
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
In a sauce pot mix all ingredients together and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Struesel topping
¼ c. All purpose flour
2 Tbs. softened butter
2 Tbs. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pour olive mixture into a casserole dish.
Top with streusel.
Bake for 30 -45 minutes or until the streusel is golden brown.
